1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Submeto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Submeto provides form data collection, storage, and delivery services. The Service allows you to receive form submissions from your websites and applications without building custom backend infrastructure.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Collect data in violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Collect sensitive personal data (health records, financial data) without appropriate safeguards
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the Service infrastructure
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts

5. Plans and Billing

Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all form submission data collected through the Service. Submeto acts as a data processor on your behalf. We do not sell, share, or use your submission data for any purpose other than providing the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Submeto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
