What is a compute point (CP)?
A compute point represents the work Submeto does to deliver a submission through one of your configured channels. Most channels — Email, Webhook, and Google Sheets — consume 1 CP per successful dispatch. Storing a submission in your dashboard is always free. Heavier channels we add in the future (such as WhatsApp) will consume more points per dispatch, and the cost will always be shown clearly in the channel setup screen.
How do compute points translate into submissions?
It depends on how many channels you've configured per form. A form that only stores submissions costs 0 CP. Each additional channel (Email, Webhook, or Google Sheets) costs 1 CP per successful dispatch, so a form that forwards to both email and a webhook costs 1 + 1 = 2 CP per submission. The 5,000 CP Starter plan covers roughly 5,000 single-channel dispatches, or 2,500 submissions when each goes to two channels. You always pay for what you actually use.
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. Pay once, get compute points valid for one year. Choose Starter (5,000 CP) or Pro (12,000 CP). No recurring charges, no surprises.
What happens when I use all my compute points?
Once your compute points are used up, your account reverts to the Free plan limits. You can purchase again at any time to top up.
What happens after one year?
If your purchase expires after 365 days, any remaining compute points are no longer available and your account reverts to the Free plan. You can purchase again to continue.
Can I buy more compute points if I already have an active package?
Yes! Each purchase is tracked independently and compute points stack on top of your existing balance. Every package has its own one-year validity period, so you can buy additional packages at any time without losing your current balance.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll process a full refund. Your account will revert to the Free plan upon refund.
