  • Understand how visitors discover and use our website

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. Form Submission Data

Submeto acts as a data processor for form submissions. You (the form owner) are the data controller. We store submission data only for the purpose of providing our service to you. You can delete submissions at any time from your dashboard.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, infrastructure, authentication, connected integrations, and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies and handle data in accordance with their terms.

6. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits to our marketing website, including page views and clicks on login or get-started links. In the authenticated dashboard, we limit analytics to a small set of account and billing events: completed signups, successful logins, and checkout starts.

We do not send form submission content, form field values, form names, submission details, email addresses, or customer form data to Google Analytics. Dashboard analytics does not collect dashboard page views or feature usage beyond the limited events described above.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may set or read cookies or similar identifiers to measure website usage and the limited dashboard events described in this policy.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

9. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Form submission data is retained according to your plan's limits. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
